We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Marketing team! The Senior Designer will drive and create all graphic design for One Degree Organic Foods.
Opportunities
In this role, your challenge will be to stretch the brand creatively to deliver best-in-class creative while maintaining brand standards. Your strong knowledge and experience with various programs and your ability to convey strong messages through design will help you become successful in this role. It will be critical to be able to balance creativity and project completion, juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. You will have the opportunity to challenge your abilities, share your creative rationale and build out design concepts.

Knowledge & skills
- You have knowledge of email and website platforms like MailChimp and WordPress
- You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- You have a strong expertise in Design for packaging, POS and social media content
- You have excellent task and time management skills
- You stay current with best design and content creation practices
Experience
- You have a Degree in Graphic Design
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
things you will do…
- Create visually compelling graphics and content across all platforms that will be used in marketing initiatives
- Create all new packaging that is required for new product launches
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and brand voice across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing team and copywriters to execute design concepts; adhere to established work-flow and processes
- Provide expertise and support to any external vendors and be the champion of everything visual for the brand
- Develop design capabilities that support the overarching marketing objectives of brand or market share growth, follower and subscriber growth, social reach and engagement
- Work in tandem with design agencies contracted by our brands
