Position: HACCP Coordinator Reports to: QA Manager
We are looking for a HACCP Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team! Our HACCP Coordinator will collaboratively work through issues, develop training plans for programs, ensure procedures are properly carried out related to quality, and more.

- You have knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (HACCP Certificate)
- You have working knowledge of GFSI standards and current government regulations.
- You have solid computer skills including MS Office
- You have knowledge in Hazard analysis, risk assessment, internal auditing, and food safety training employees.
- You have a Degree in Food Science or equal/relevant education
- You have 3 or more years working in a similar role
- You have some experience working in a manufacturing facility
- GFSI & PCQI certification is an asset
things you will do…
- Develop and implement programs and training plans for HACCP, BRC, FSMA & other quality standards
- Conduct risk analysis and work collaboratively to solve quality issues leading with appropriate actions
- Prepare and execute audit schedule including all necessary actions for successful completion
- Ensure alignment with procedures & policies by updating and monitoring SOP’s, orientation training, and more
- Support new product development and lead daily GMPs walkthroughs in collaboration with key stakeholders
- You are willing to work flexible shifts to cover for vacations, sick days or leave if required
- You may on occasion work at various times including weekends, as the job requires
