Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing all marketing functions for One Degree Organic Foods Inc.  The Director of Marketing will lead a team responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing product portfolios, identifying new product opportunities and overseeing product launches.

Experience
  • You have experience in an entrepreneurial food company.
  • You have experience managing product development from ideation to launch.

things you will do…
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
  • Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, including packaging, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and oversee the process of product development from ideation to launch, including new products, line extensions, and product improvements.
  • Maintain access to data and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain product pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to meet performance goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing and product management teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure cross-functional alignment and achievement of business objectives.

Salary $105,000 - $132,500
