POSITION: Production Associate II                                                         REPORTS TO: Manager, Production

We are looking for skilled Production Associate II to join the team! You will be a great fit if you are a friendly and hardworking team player who is eager to take on new challenges! This role is physically demanding as you will be working in a fast-paced environment that involves repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, lifting, and standing for extended periods. The environment is highly dynamic, so you need to be able to learn new machinery and equipment and easily adjust to changing process. Thinking on your feet will be critical to be successful in the role. You must be open to a variety of tasks, including occasional cleaning, as well as schedules that are based on the changing project needs.

• You are able to lift up to 75lbs for short distances

• You are able to identify mechanical problems on equipment
• You are able to follow processes and work diligently with minimal supervision

Skills & Experience
• You understand production principles, processes and equipment
• You understand time, temperature, pressure and other monitoring devices
• You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice-to-Have
• Certified/experience on Forklift

THINGS YOU WILL DO…
• Operate various kinds of machinery and equipment
• Create SOPs and troubleshoot issues
• Perform testing activities, monitor, record and adjust parameters to meet quality requirements
• Staying physically active and involved throughout the day to effectively perform tasks at hand
• Other activities as assigned, including but not limited to occasional moving and sanitation tasks
• You are able to work flexible shifts, as the job requires
